She is survived by: her mother Wanda Beaver Caldwell of Crown City; her children, Tyler Burgess (Jonna White) of Crown City and Mandi Harold of Crown City; her grandchildren, Kaylee Smith, Bentley Burgess and Jovie Burgess; her siblings, Edna Wells of Gallipolis, Johnny Caldwell of Crown City and Jerry Caldwell (Linda) of Crown City; and her close friends, Cindy Jones of Gallipolis, Rick and Bernice Wells of Crown City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
