She is survived by: her children, Janice Meadows of Columbus, Carol Beaver (Steve) of Gallipolis and Richard L. "Dick" Meadows (Jill) of Albany, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kimberly Gardner (Thomas), Derek Scherbarth (Megan), Taylor and Trey Meadows; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Lennox Gardner, Amelia and Ariella Scherbarth; and her sisters, Donna Sims (Wilson) of Winter Haven and Wanda Ledinski of Columbus, Ohio.
