She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Blankenship and Ellen Walters Blankenship; and her siblings, Otho Blankenship and Quilla Ratcliff. She is survived by: her husband Willis "Shorty" Maynard; her children, Angela Strait (William) of Crown City, Ohio, Gregory Ray Maynard of Gallipolis and Scott Maynard (Charlene) of Crown City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jeremy Circle, Cassandra Strait, Blake Strait, Ryan Maynard, Sean Maynard and Aaron Maynard; her great grandchildren, Anna and Paul Circle; and her brothers, Denny Blankenship (Donna) of Lavalette, WV, Dexel Blankenship (Wanda) of Lavalette, WV and Adrian Blankenship (Carolyn) of Huntington, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
