He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Mooney and Rosa Galloway Mooney; his wife Dolly Marie Parsons; his daughter Vivian Ann Mooney; his siblings, Harold Mooney, John Mooney, Clarence Jr. Mooney of Crown City and Iva Dell Hall of Belle Center, Ohio; and his grandson Mark A. Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Margie Sue Phillips (Lawrence) of Marietta, Carolyn McComas (Kenny) of Crown City and Steven Mooney (Sharon) of Caldwell, Ohio; his brother Frank Mooney (Edna) of Crown City; his sister-in-law Grace Caldwell of Pataskala, Ohio; his grandchildren, Mike Phillips, Shelly Nottingham (Joey), Shannon Smith, Steffi Marie Eplion (Nick), Stephie Dawn Kasserman (Eric), Austin Mooney (Kaylee) and Dakota Mooney; his great grandchildren, Andy Phillips, Josh Phillips, Travis, Marisa Deuley, Savannah Smith, Hunter, Peyton Jackson, Kamren, Konner Eplion, Elijah, Kolton Kasserman, Jaycie, Carter Mooney and Paislee McComas; his great great grandchild Oliver Deuley; his sons-in-law, Kenny McComas and Lawrence Phillips; his grandson Jessie McComas; and his close friend Larry Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several friends.
