She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Harris and Mary Ethel Sinkey (Case); her husband Chester William Arter; her daughter Cynthia Ann Twyford; her stepgrandson Robert Porter; her sister Faye Grube (Sinkey); and her brothers-in-law, Charles Grube and Robert Arter.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Debi), Tracy, Rodney (Rhonda), Alyce Williams (Pete), Beth Rowley (Richard) and April Crowe (Leon); her son-in-law Chuck Twyford; her grandchildren, Bryan Arter (Kaitlin), Kurtis (Cindy), Kary (Rhonda), Brooke Williams-Browning (Chris), Shawn (Karen), Spencer Twyford (Karen), Carmen, Travis Arter (Kim), Tiffany Scase (Rich), William Rowley (Justina), Will Arter (Wengy), Arianne Schwanke (John) and Sara Sweeney (Patrick); her stepgrandchildren, Joy and Nathan Crowe (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Sam, Cameron, Rigby Arter, Adrienne Porter, Kayley Mikulec (Josh), Emily Jayjohn, Jack, Jillian Williams, Lydia Twyford, Morgan, Madison Twyford, Alison, Tyler Arter, Jordan, Chase, Blake, Reese Crow, Logan, Alyssa Rowley, Winton, Ryland, Eleanor Arter, Carter, Owen Schwanke, Audrey, Evelyn Sweeney, Gabriella, Alli Lewis and Massie Hatton; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Miranda Crowe, Malori, Chloe Hatton and Ricci Myers; and her great great grandchildren, Hudson Mikulec and Deacon Crow-Middlemus.
