Verkest, Sr. of Fostoria; his significant other Charlene Aliff; his siblings, Robin Verkest, Jody Verkest and Wendy Church (John); and his children, Kenneth Verkest (Tina), William Joseph Verkest III (Tonya) and Kerie Verkest. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
