He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannine; and his brother Roland Dale Tolley. He is survived by: his daughters, Mallory Fuhrer (Robert) and Julie Cook (Fred); his sisters, Beverly Collins (Drew), Barbara Rosser and Donna Schooley; and his grandchildren, Noah, Rachel Cook, Jennifer and Michael Fuhrer.
