He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Plotts and Frances Plotts (Gossman); and his wife Ann Plotts (Tague). He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Plotts and Elizabeth "Beth" Plotts; his granddaughters, Kayla Ross (Dustin), Amanda Baker (Robie), Jennifer Plotts (Shawn Pickering) and Amber Norris (Jeff); his sister Judy Hutchins; his nieces and nephews, Michele Carmichael, Mike Hutchins (Carol), Marty Hutchins (Barb) and Eric Hutchins (Candy); his great-nieces, Paige and McKenzie; his son Jeffrey Plotts; and his nephew Jody Hutchins.
