He is survived by: his sons, Ethan Van Horn (Tori) of Crooksville and Eric Van Horn of Roseville; his grandchildren, Owen and Orin Van Horn; his siblings, Karen Jenkins of Marysville and Tim Van Horn of Malta; and his fiancée Elizabeth Hughes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
