He is survived by: his parents, William Collins and Marilyn Collins (McMillan) of Crooksville; his wife Dorothy 'Dottie' Collins (Cavinee); his children, Janey Williams (Jesse) and Tom Collins (Megan); his siblings, Brenda Nichols (Danny), Belinda Nichols (Kent), Mary Ann Cote (Eugene), Karen Burns (Mike), Mike Collins (Mona), John Collins (Arlene), Bruce Collins (Heidi) and Joe Collins (Randy Lucas); and his grandchildren, Tanner, Maelee, Keegan, Duncan and Connor.
