Talbot (Carol) of Belington, WV and Alan J. Talbot of Crooksville, OH; her stepchildren, Chantelle Wofter (Ray), Shannon Martin, William L. Sowers (Kelly) and Tad Sowers (Paula); and also Doris Sowers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
