In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Richard F. Russell, Sr.; her in-laws, Glen and Marvalene Stollar, Sheldon Wahl and Bill Russell, Sr. Due to the current pandemic, the family has opted for a private graveside service to be held at this time with Pastor Marc Caton as celebrant.
