He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Milton "Pucky" and Martha "Matt" Clark Frame; and his siblings, Jack Frame, Donna Rambo and Pat Pritchard.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Weisenstine Frame; and his son Scott D. Frame.
