She was predeceased by: her siblings, Kevin Savage, Patricia Graves and Janice Hale. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Wheeler Sr.; her children, James Wheeler II, Frederick Wheeler Jr (Michele) and LaDonna Boyer (James); and her siblings, Larry Savage (Shirley) and Cheryl McDonald. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
