She is survived by: her husband Thomas Moore; her children, Melinda Boykin (John Spears) and Tyler Moore (Brittany Withers); her sisters, Cheryl Patterson, Donna Syfert and Laura Matson; her siblings-in-law, William Syfert, Jason Matson, Mary Wisecarver, Ernie Wisecarver, Amber Wilson and Jerome Wilson; and her friends, Shelly Dodge and Lori Hammer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
