She was predeceased by: her parents, James Urban and Betty Lauderback Urban. She is survived by: her son Travis Lightfoot of Zanesville; her stepdaughters, Tina and Tonya Lightfoot of Dayton; her grandchild Marlie Wright; and her siblings, Jim Urban, Anna Mae Gillogly, Debbie Nelson, Mary Searl and Chris Hammer.
