He is survived by: his parents, Hollis McIntosh and Beth McIntosh (Liff) of Roseville; his children, Sterling McIntosh and Natania McIntosh of Reynoldsburg; his sisters, Rebecca Kern (Jimmy) of Okeechobee and Amanda Wright (David) of Avondale; and his aunts and uncles, Bill, Pam, Bonnie, Christie and Marty. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
