He is survived by: his parents, Terry "Buck" Cozad and Marnie Dawkins; his daughters, Jetta and Jade Cozad; and his sisters, Laci Cozad Wilkins (Seth), Taylor Cavinee and Jessica Cozad Collins (Cody). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles.
