He is survived by: his parents, Howard Sr. and Pearl Anders (Carr); his wife Patsy Anders (Burns); his son Tony Anders (Lisa); his siblings-in-law, Jack L. Blosser, Wilma Blosser and John Burns (Sue); his granddaughters, Abby Miller (Jordan) and Amanda Anders; his great grandchildren, Kylee, Ali, Colt, Cayden and Hadlie; his nieces and nephews, Darlene Blosser, Darla Blosser, Darrin Blosser, John Burns, Julie Welch and Lisa Givens; and his friend Tyler Hiles.
