He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis H. Penrod and Martha S. Penrod (Pilsbury); his wife Ann Elizabeth Penrod; his sons, Doug and Dennis Penrod; his siblings, Ellis Marlin Penrod, Charlene Barbour and Mary Jo; and his grandson Dennis Allen Penrod.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Penrod (Pam) and Debbie Peters (Ronnie); his grandchildren, D. J. (Cindy), Dougie, Shawn (Amanda) and Scott Penrod; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzi, Dennis, Paige, Kristopher, Gracie, Summer, Klaira, Kendall and Korah.
