He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quincy and Dorothy; his wife Janice; his brother Jerry Adams; and his grandson Garrett Worthington.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Worthington and Gail Garland; his grandchildren, Nathan Worthington, Josh Jones (Jill) and Marisa Jones; his great grandchildren, Hannah Worthington, Anelia Rice (Chase), Dalton Schmidt (Jessica), Hunter Bain Schmidt, Caden Worthington, Jaedon Torres, Xavier Jones and Maximus Jones; and his brother Charles Adams (Susan).
