He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles E. Cox and Betty J. Wintgens Cox. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Argo; his daughters, Lisa Cox and Sandra Cox; his grandchildren, Michael Llewellyn, Elizabeth Llewellyn, Austin Cox and Joshua Llewellyn; his great grandchildren, Tatum, Grayson, Brayden and Paisley; his sisters, Diane Shiplett and Brenda Eveland (Dave); his father-in-law Doyle Argo; and his pet Smokie.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home (304 Mill St, New Lexington, OH 43764). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at the Zion Cemetery.
