He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Watson Harper of Virginia and Bernice Harper. He is survived by: his children, Amy Moore, Angela Lindsey (Andy) and Travis Harper (Molly); his grandchildren, Dylan Moore (Kiana), Cody Harper, Dalton Moore (Emilee), Cassidy Lindsey, Travis Harper Jr., Bryce Calinger and Brianna Harper; and his sisters, Debbie Allen (Gary) and Beverly Haning (Randy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
