We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 72, Timothy Phillips in Cridersville, Ohio, born in Bluffton, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Phillips and E. Joan Phillips (Kean); and his wife Cheryl J. (Melick). He is survived by: his daughter Jeanette L. "Jenny" Garber (Richard L.) of Wapakoneta, OH; his grandchildren, Sarah Joan Garber and Nathan James Garber; and his sisters, Patricia Culy (John) of Hartford City and Joni Phillips (Ginger Gardner) of Indianapolis.
