Green (Tara) of Columbus, OH, Christine E. Ortiz (Michael) of Lima, OH and Daniel N. Green of Cridersville, OH.; and his siblings, Ronald Green (Kim) of Huntsville, OH, Casey Bloom (Craig) of Delphos, Tina Grigsby (John) of Lima, OH, Peggy Lacy (Evan) of Cridersville and Sherrie Langhals (Ralph) of Ottoville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
