He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Ronald Terwilliger; and his brother Robert Chambers. He is survived by: his spouse Elois Sharron Upell; his children, Wayne Chambers of Toledo, Shelly, Diepenbrock of Lima and Cindy Terwilliger of Sidney; his siblings, Dan Chambers (Cecille) of Liberty Center, Gerry Dershem (late Jim) and Shirley Stahl (Norman); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Upell (late Bev) of Liberty Center. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Putnam County Home Care and Hospice; the Equestrian Therapy Program; or the donor's choice.
