He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lawrence Waughtel. He is survived by: his mother Linda Culp Waughtel; his wife Kimberly Laverna Mort (Vern); his brothers, Ronald Waughtel (Missy Shepherd) and Roger Waughtel; and his grandchildren, CJ, Trace, Dyllan, Waylon and Landen.
