He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Campbell and Irene Homer Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Rudzinki; his daughter Elizabeth'Libby' Pothast (Brian) of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Kelsey Kaeck (Chandler), Sarah Pothast and Drew Pothast; his daughter Amanda Wilder of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Corrin Wilder and Lyla Wilder; his son Daniel Campbell (Jennifer) of Leipsic; his grandchildren, Alyssa Campbell and Blake Campbell; and his sister-in-law Nelda Brunner of Lima. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Deb's Dogs.
