He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Thomsen and Rigmor Thomsen (Jersild); his former wife Helga; his children, Heidi, Robert and Kirsten; his brothers, Thomas and Peter; and his grandchild Per.
He is survived by: his sons, Thor Thomsen (Kristen) and Bjorn Thomsen (Lisa); his stepson Tom Thimm (Heidi); his daughter Paula Marsland (Gerald); his son-in-law Michael; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Thomsen and Karen Thomsen; and his grandchildren, Audrey, Brandy, Brandon, Brianna, Lucy, Kai, Victoria (Jeremy), Joshua (Stephanie) and Noah (Rhiannon). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Paul's honor may be made to Operation Heal our Patriots.
