He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Lowell and Inez Lucille Ferguson Neal; and his significant other Dianna Boughan. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Neal of Lima and Michael Neal of Lima; his stepchildren, Billie Jo Boughan of Lima and Larry Miller (Denise) of Wapakoneta; and his pet Bear. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 step granddaughter.
