She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hoover and Delores Gilbert Hoover. She is survived by: her close friend David'Pat'Doyle; her children, James (Rachelle), Desiree (Timothy), Reagan (Jake) and Summer (Ryan); her grandchildren, James II, Justin, Jason, Koleman, Kaleb, Jayden, Melissa, Dakota, Justice of Trey, T. J., Delilah, Flynn, Jonas and Harlow; and her sister Dee (Clark). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
