He is survived by: his daughters, LeAnn Wilkins (Steve) of Lima, OH and Christine Foulkes of Lima, OH; his grandsons, Brandon Wilkins (Kristi), Zachary Wilkins (Tayler), Kevin Foulkes (Brittany) and Justin Foulkes; his stepgrandsons, Logan Kinnard and Carson Kinnard; his great grandchildren, Ella and Anna; his sister Karen Kohrn (Mel) of Lima, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Sylvia "Sam" Ludwig of Cridersville, OH and Sue Ludwig of Lima, OH..
