She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore R. Neff and Ethel K. Neff (Hobbs); and her husband John D. Ruoff. She is survived by: her sister Connie Leist of Hilliard, OH; her niece Pennie Caradonna-Kinnear (Dale) of Dublin, OH; her nephew Richard Leist (Gail) of Columbus, OH; her great-nephew Angelo Caradonna of Dublin, OH; her siblings-in-law, Norma Pitts of Columbus, OH and Jerry Powell; her nephews, Raymond Powell and Matthew Coleman; her niece Jill Rose (Richard); and her cousin Kendall Krites.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (1102 Lincoln Ave, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
