He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Culp and Bernadine Leona Harrington Tate; and his siblings, Bill Tate and Dorothy Tate. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary June Dennison; his children, Brian Tate (Jennie) of Lima and Candice Petrotte of Cincinnati; his stepchildren, Cindy Antill (Neal) of Lexington, OH, Jeff Sprague (Betty) of Florida, John Sprague (Thelma) of Lima, Kim Wireman (Tim) of Lima and Pam Benfield (Steve) of Lima; his grandchildren, Ava, Sophia, Carrie, Amanda, JJ, Oliver, John, Sherri, Sarah, Tim, Kristi, Jeff and Amy; his brother Mike Tate (Pam) of Waynesfield; his sister-in-law Merril Tate of Oregon State; and his pet Itty Bitty. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and several great-great- grandchildren.
