He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy 'Mike' and Thelma Michael (Livesay); his sister Patricia Michael; his daughter Lisa Rymarquis (Steve); and his parents-in-law, Paul and Orlefa Loyer.
He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn; his daughter Christine Zahm (Dick) of Huntington, Indiana; and his stepchildren, Jennifer Havens (Mike), Janice Fowler (Kent), Jeff Marshall (Beverly) and Jill Westbrook (James) of Florida. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandkids.
