He was predeceased by: his wife Jodie; and his sister Nancy Warburton (Ernie). He is survived by: his parents, Oakley G. Cox and Lillian Cox (Horton); his brother Jim Cox (Kay); and his children, Jeff of Columbus, Jason of Albany, Jill of Yellow Springs and Josh of Columbus. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
