It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Jean Spyker (Cridersville, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, L. K. Spyker and Helen Spyker (Vortkamp); her brothers, Lawrence (Alice), Richard (Dorothy), David (Margene) and Joel Spyker (Eulice); and her nephew Jack.
She is survived by: her close friend Brenda Hawk; her nephews, Daniel Spyker (Alexandra), Steve Spyker (Ajourne), Richard L. Spyker, Jonathon Spyker (Barbara) and David Spyker; and her niece Nancy Finn (David). She is also survived by grandnieces and nephews, great grand nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Helen J. Spyker Memorial Fund in care of Cridersville Church of the Nazarene.
