It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Steven Wood of Cridersville, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald J. Wood and Carolyn Armstrong (Anderson); his spouse Beverly A. Hinkle; his children, Kristen Fields (Michael) of Union City, IN, Kimberly Mullen (Aaron) of Wapak and Steven Wood of Lima; his grandsons, Austin Traenkle (Taylor), Jace Mullen, Gabriel Wood, Jarrett Mullen and Jordan Wood; his great grandchild Ellie Traenkle; his siblings, Kevin Wood, Jim Armstrong (Karen), Cindy Baughman (Eric), Jamie Geise (Kevin) and Merlin; his sister-in-law Patty Hinkle; and his siblings, Michael and Debbie. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Cridersville Church of the Nazarene or to St. Rita's Hospice.
