Chad Allen Moore Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020, at the age of 42, Chad Allen Moore of Cridersville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glenn, Marie Moore, Joseph and Ada Taviano; and his daughter Mackenzie "Sissy".

He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Moore and Kathleen Moore (Taviano) of Lima; his sons, Lane Moore and Bray; the parents of children, Glenn and Kathleen Moore of Cridersville; his sister Lindsay Sifrit (Cory); his nephews, Camdyn and Ace Sifrit; his sister Kayla McPheron (Dana); his nephews, Liam and Abram McPheron; and his close friend Bridgitt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with expenses.
