He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Finney; and his siblings, Dennis Finney, Tommy Wren, Rick Anway, Diane Lee Anway and Mary Kay Whit.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Finney (Angela) of Valparaiso, IN and Sheri Markley (Eric) of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Finney, Jessica Green, Rikki Markley and Caitlin Hankins; and his brother Jimmy Anway of Defiance. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Auglaize County Humane Society or Allen County Veteran's Food Bank.
