She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mills and Flora Wolfe Mills; her husband Joe William Middleton; her sons, Chris Lee Middleton and Ray William Middleton; her great grandchild Corey Ray; and her siblings, Fred Mills, Glen Mills, Elmer Mills, Guy Mills, Merlin Mills, Gladys Mackey and Ethel McCoy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Jean Middleton of Lima and Carolyn Wolfe of Sidney. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great and great grandchildren.
