She is survived by: her children, Vicky (Charles), Nick, Bob Kuba (Kathy) of Point, TX, Rick Kuba (Jan) of Waynesfield and Jim Kuba (Sharon) of Wapakoneta; and her sister Judy Byrd of Wapakoneta. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
