Annabelle Hooks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annabelle Hooks (Cridersville, Ohio), born in Ada, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Irwin and Leta Irwin (Tarr); her husband Carl William Hooks Sr.; and her sisters, Madeline Gilbert and Maxine Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl William Hooks Jr. (Eileen) of Tucson, AZ and Sidney Hooks (Kate) of Lima; and her grandsons, Todd Hooks, Craig Hooks, Sean Hooks (Vanessa) of Lima and Patrick Hooks (Maria) of Parma, Ohio. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
