He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron A. Miller and Onalee Mae Fisher Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sheri L. Goodin; his siblings, Roger Miller (Karen) of Columbus, OH and Roxanne Fisk (Thomas) of Lockport; and his aunts, Betty Bastian of Wellsville, Patricia Black of Wellsville and Velma Guild. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, American Battlefield Trust, Wayne County Ohio Civil War Roundtable, Friends of Gettysburg Foundation, and the Seminary Ridge Historic Preservation Foundation.
