He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Hooser and Martha Jane Hooser (Akers). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Lipscomb; his sons, Chad of Shreve and Brad Of Minerva (Amy); his granddaughters, Avery and Carys; and his brother Garland Hooser (Jan) of Rittman.
