With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie Smeller (Creston, Ohio), born in Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Smeller and Barbara Smeller (Johanyak); and his siblings, Thomas and Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his son David; his daughter-in-law Dusty Smeller of Alexandria, OH; his daughter Julie Sampsel of Creston; his grandchildren, Morgan Sampsel, Tyler Sampsel and Emily Smeller; and his siblings, Judy Davisson (Blaine) of Dalton, Robert Smeller (Maria) of Hickory, NC and Steve Smeller (Kyra) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
