She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles McDonough; her husband Merlin Haskins; her sisters, Jeannine Munyon, Barbara Allison and Eileen Kinney; and her children, Barbara Eileen McDonough, Mary King, James McDonough, Charles McDonough and Colleen McDonough.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn McDonough of Wooster, Jeannine Snyder of Shreve and Sheila Ewing (John) of Bolivar; and her grandchildren, Vanessa Miller, Christina, David King, Matthew, Audrey, Shannon, Patrick McDonough, Charles, Roger, John Ewing, Cheryl Boley, Shawna Blackwell, Delphine Tarpley and Gayleen Rhoad. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
