He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Setzer and Lois Setzer (Siburt); his wife Carolyn Lance (Potts); and his sister Sharon Mollohan. He is survived by: his daughter Tracy; his stepdaughters, Carole Fry (Dennis), Kim O'Connor, Jennifer Chidsey (Jake) and Becky Lance; his grandchildren, Brian, Jessie Black, Haley, Jesse Fry, Christina Rae Oblak, James, Brandon O'Connor, Paul Chidsey and Taylor Gibson; his great grandchildren, Benton, Charlotte, James, Liam, Isabella, Allen, Finny and Brynlee; and his siblings, Mike Setzer (Karen), Tom Setzer (Linda), Linda Janowicz (Mark) and Audry Gregorek (Mike).
