We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2022, at the age of 73, James Noe of Creston, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Janie Christian, Dana Noe, Linda Clark, Donna Kennedy, Raymond, Ernest and Donald Noe; and his friends, Joe DeLucca and Orville Christian.
He is survived by: his children, Tiffany M. Heiney (Josh) of Creston, James R. Noe (Jessica) of Creston and Stephanie M. Hay (Isaac) of Creston; and his siblings, Frank D. Noe of West Virginia and Patricia Buehler of Creston. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
