He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde McComas and Eunice McComas (Webb); his grandson Matthew McComas; and his siblings, John, Clyde, Claude, Ronald, Garland, Clara, Laura and Doris.
He is survived by: his daughter Lorie; his son-in-law Donald Arnold of Chesterton, IN; his son Rev. Jim; his daughter-in-law Beth McComas of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Evie Tsarnas, Katie Tsarnas and Aaron McComas; and his siblings, Rev. Kenny McComas of Rittman, Frank "Sam" McComas of Rittman, Lowell "Buck" McComas (Eileen) of Pritchard, WV, Vernon McComas of Pritchard, WV and Naomi Adkins (George) of Pritchard, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
